Tensorflow version 1.13.1 has been installed on the HoRUS cluster. The software is available with the command module load tensorflow and is pre-set to be imported so no import tensorflow is necessary. More information can be found here.
Notes:
- Tensorflow was installed with its own, separate Python 3.6.5 installation! This will result in different installed packages. This is also described in more detail at our Tensorflow page.
- If the module does not show up with a
module availcommand, your module cache has not been updated yet (this happens automatically at regular intervals). In that case you can force the latest list with the commandmodule --ignore-cache avail.
